She comes from a multifaceted experience in the creation and composition of innovative Start Ups in which she developed the supporting functions and the work coordination processes and which saw her personally involved in the resolution of administrative, financial and legal difficulties.
He founded IVH Group S.p.A. in 2013. together with Andrea Chiappini and takes the company in ten years of work to move from a start-up to a solid group recognized in the Italian tourism supply chain.
At the same time, he founded a multifunctional space in Corso Europa, IVH SPACE - Bleisure Corteccia, Milan, coordinating the construction site and the artistic direction.
The previous years saw her consolidate in professional coaching, after extensive personal training, which ranges from commercial development to human resources.
Graduated from the University of Economics of Rijeka and from the University of Trieste. Zoran began his professional career as a development and marketing economist for the House Building Co. in Croatia.
Subsequently he was team leader in several research and development projects for the Port of Rijeka.
In Italy he was director of the Development dept. – CO. Costital S.p.A. and assistant to the President of the Alosa company. After 1994, he continued his professional career as head of the Astaldi Group and strategic advisor for the development of projects in Central and Eastern Europe.
In Austria, he was strategic development adviser to the Creditanstalt Investment Bank, Infrastructure Project Advisors (CAIB-IPA).
In London, he was co-founder and partner of Infrastructure Capital Partners and Managing Director for Italy and other Mediterranean countries.

Christian was born in 1973 in Italy. Curious and enterprising, he is inclined by nature to try new challenges. Not yet graduated from the Faculty of Business Economics of the Bocconi University in Milan, at the age of twenty he decides to follow the path of entrepreneurship in parallel with his studies, specializing in the management of problems connected to the launch of start-ups and development business in the field of cross media communication and new technologies. In 1993 he founded his first software development company and then sold it in 2000 to a company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange. In 2004 he acquired an important stake in Real Life Television Spa, one of the first Italian companies specialized in the production of digital content and then exited it in 2010 and founded IDNTT.

Gabriele si è occupato dello sviluppo e apertura di IVH Space in San Babila a Milano, occupandosi dei rapporti con le aziende produttrici.
Con IVH Group S.p.A. ha seguito le relazioni e lo sviluppo con le strutture Alberghiere dal 2017 al 2019.
Dopo una esperienza come Brand Ambassador, in ITALIANWAY S.p.A., società Leader in Italia degli affitti brevi, si è occupato dello Start Up di strutture ricettive con ruoli Direzionali.
Oggi è diventato Responsabile Sviluppo di THE DESIGNERS.
